摘　　要：腹诊是中医传统诊法之一,是“望、闻、问、切”四诊在胸腹部的综合运用。然而自宋代以来,中医腹诊在临床中的应用少之又少,几近于失传的状态。文章从中医腹诊的概念、原理、内容和方法及其在功能性便秘中医辨证中的应用进行阐述,并与临床实践相结合,以期使中医腹诊得到更广泛地应用,并进一步传承发展。Traditional Chinese medicine abdominal diagnosis is one of the four diagnostic methods of inspection,inquiry,listening and smelling and palpitation in the chest and abdomen four comprehensive application.However,since the Song Dynasty,the application of traditional Chinese medicine abdominal diagnosis in clinic is almost lost.This paper expounds the concept,principle,content and method of abdominal diagnosis in traditional Chinese medicine and its application in the differentiation of symptoms and signs of functional constipation,and combined with clinical practice,in order to make the traditional Chinese medicine abdominal diagnosis more widely applied and further developed.
