摘　　要：目的探索虎杖膏组方药物对肛周脓肿病原菌或优势菌的抑菌作用。方法用肛周脓肿脓液菌培养60例标本作试验。用琼脂(MHA)法行抑菌试验,试验组培养基加入虎杖膏组方药物的药液配制成低、中、高浓度的MHA平皿。对照组培养基加入DMSO配制成含DMSO的有菌组和无菌组MHA平皿。将平皿置于黑色无反光背景上观察,记录菌落数量。结果虎杖膏组方药物对大肠埃希菌42株均有抑菌作用,抑菌作用与3组药物浓度之间均呈正相关(rs=0.820,rs=0.748),差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);对肺炎克雷伯菌10株抑制较弱;对铜绿假单胞菌3株均有显著抑菌活性,3组间抑菌效果差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。对金黄色葡萄球菌5株均有显著抑菌活性,3组间抑菌效果差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论虎杖膏对肛周脓肿脓液培养的大肠埃希菌、金黄色葡萄球菌、铜绿假单胞菌均有明显抑菌作用,可用于肛周脓肿手术前后治疗。Objective To explore the antibacterial effect of Huzhang ointment on pathogens or dominant bacteria of perianal abscess.Methods Sixty specimens of perianal abscess were cultured with bacteria.Agar(MHA)method was used for bacteriostatic test.In the experimental group,the medium was added with the solution of Huzhang ointment to prepare MHA plates with low,medium and high concentrations.The medium of control group was added with DMSO to prepare MHA plates containing DMSO.The plate on a black,non-reflective background for observation was placed,and the number of colonies was recorded.Results The results showed that Huzhang ointment had antibacterial effect on 42 strains of Escherichia coli,the positive correlation between bacteriostatic effect and drug concentration of three groups(rs=0.820,rs=0.748),and there was statistical significance(P<0.05).The inhibition to 10 strains of Klebsiella pneumoniae was weak.It has significant antibacterial activity against three strains of Pseudomonas aeruginosa,and there was no significant difference among the three groups(P>0.05).It has significant antibacterial activity against 5 strains of Staphylococcus aureus.There was no significant difference among the three groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Huzhang ointment has antibacterial effect on Escherichia coli,Staphylococcus aureus and Pseudomonas aeruginosa in perianal abscess pus culture,It can be used to treat perianal abscess before and after operation.
