穴位艾灸联合中医情志护理对原发性肝癌患者生活质量、情绪状态的影响

摘　　要：目的观察穴位艾灸联合情志护理方法对原发性肝癌患者生活质量、情绪状态的影响。方法选取中国医科大学附属第一医院2018年9月—2020年9月收治的原发性肝癌患者80例作为研究对象,根据患者是否应用穴位艾灸及中医情志护理为依据,分配为常规组40例,中医组40例。常规组施行基础护理,中医组在基础护理以外施行穴位艾灸及中医情志护理,2组护理周期为28 d,观察2组患者生活质量评分、汉密尔顿焦虑量表(HAMA)、汉密尔顿抑郁量表(HAMD)评分。结果干预后,2组生活质量评分均有升高,但中医组明显高于常规组,除了社会功能评分,2组间比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);干预后,2组HAMA、HAMD评分均较治疗前明显降低(P<0.05),且中医组2项评分均明显低于常规组(P<0.05),组间比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论穴位艾灸联合情志护理可以明显提高原发性肝癌患者的生活质量,改善患者情绪状态,值得临床推广。Objective To observe the effect of acupoint moxibustion combined with emotional nursing on the quality of life and emotional state of patients with primary liver cancer.Methods 80 patients with primary liver cancer in the First Affiliated Hospital of China Medical University from September 2018 to September 2020 were selected as the research objects,and they were divided into the conventional group(n=40)and the traditional Chinese medicine group(n=40)according to whether the patients applied acupoint moxibustion and emotional nursing of traditional Chinese medicine.The routine group was given basic nursing,while the traditional Chinese medicine group was given acupoint moxibustion and emotional nursing of traditional Chinese medicine.The nursing cycle of the two groups was 28 days.The scores of quality of life,Hamilton Anxiety Scale(HAMA)and in addition to social function score,Hamilton Depression Scale(HAMD)were observed.Results After the intervention,the scores of quality of life in the two groups were increased,but the scores in the traditional Chinese medicine group were significantly higher than those in the conventional group,and there had statistical difference(P<0.05).After the intervention,HAMA and HAMD scores of the two groups were significantly lower than those before treatment(P<0.05),and the two scores of the traditional Chinese medicine group were significantly lower than those of the conventional group(P<0.05),and there had statistical difference between the two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion Acupoint moxibustion combined with emotional nursing can significantly improve the life treatment and emotional state of patients with primary liver cancer,which is worthy of clinical promotion.
