摘　　要：目的 探究区域型医疗联合体内各级医疗机构中医生对医疗联合体发展的认同与期望情况,分析可能的关联因素,为进一步推动医疗联合体建设提供决策参考。方法 自行设计相关问卷,在兼顾科室与各类人员分布的情况下,对浙江省台州市A区不同级别医疗机构的医生按15%的比例进行随机抽样调查,对调查数据主要采用描述分析、方差分析、秩和检验、多元线性回归等统计方法进行分析。结果 各级医疗机构的医生对各维度的认同度和期望值整体尚可,尤其是“融合效应”维度的认同度较高,但对“上下联动”维度的认同度相对较低。此外,日均工作时间、年龄、医疗联合体成效评价会影响医生对医疗联合体的认同度或期望值评价。结论 需依据人员特征,进一步多途径加强宣传与引导,规范落实各项流程与制度,积极发挥医务人员对推进医疗联合体建设的促进作用。Objective To explore the identification and expectation evaluation of doctors in regional medical consortium to the development of medical consortium,and to analyze the related factors,and to provide a decision-making reference for further promoting the construction of the medical consortium.Methods Relevant questionnaires were designed and random sampling surveys were conducted on physicians from different levels of medical institutions in District A,Taizhou,Zhejiang Province at a rate of 15%,through taking into account the distribution of departments and various personnel.The collected data were mainly analyzed by statistical methods,such as descriptive analysis,variance analysis,rank sum test,and multiple linear regression.Results The overall identification and expectations of physicians are acceptable,especially the “integration effect” dimension,but the identification of“up-and-down linkage” is low.In addition,the average daily work time,age,and the effectiveness evaluation of the medical consortium will also affect physicians’ identification or expectation of the medical consortium.Conclusion It is still necessary to further strengthen publicity and guidance based on the characteristics of the personnel,standardize the procedures and systems,and maximize the effect of medical staff on promoting the construction of the medical consortium.
