摘　　要：对于综合医院急诊科来讲,日常急诊是主要工作,从早到晚忙个不停;重大抢救是重要工作,年复一年枕戈待旦。其中群体性意外伤害是重大抢救的核心,体现并挑战急诊科室和所在医院的综合实力及管理水平。以创伤和中毒为主要伤害因素所导致的群体性意外事件屡见不鲜,如何有效应对并科学处置值得深入研究。For the General Hospital Emergency Department,the daily emergency is the main work from morning to night busy.Important rescue is an important work year after year.The group accidental injury is the core of important rescue,which reflects and challenges the comprehensive strength and management level of emergency department and the hospital.Trauma and poisoning are the main injury factors that lead to group accidents.How to effectively and scientifically deal with them is worth further study.
