摘 要:新冠肺炎对医院公共卫生应急体系提出巨大挑战,完善公共卫生管理体系已成为医院提升治理能力的必经之路。医院需要通过构建多部门组织管理架构、建立应急防控联动管理制度、强化公共卫生主动预防理念、健全信息化智能化预警机制、组建公共卫生救治“预备役”队伍、开展常态化公共卫生应急培训、落实绩效考核、优化场地规划设计、强化应急物资调配使用、推进公共卫生智能信息体系建设等措施,建立健全公共卫生应急联动机制,提升管理水平。The COVID-19 epidemic poses a huge challenge to the hospitals’ public health emergency system.Enriching the emergency management mechanism has become a must for hospitals to improve their governance capabilities.Hospitals need to establish a sound public health emergency linkage mechanism by building a multi-departmental organization and management structure,establishing an emergency prevention and control linkage management system,strengthening the concept of public health proactive prevention,improve the information-based intelligent early warning mechanism,establishing a public health team,carry out normalized public health emergency training,implement performance appraisal,optimize site planning and design,strengthen the deployment and use of emergency materials,promote the construction of public health intelligent information system,and improve the management level of hospital public health work.
