摘　　要：大学生志愿服务与劳动育人具有内在关联性,人的全面发展是志愿服务与劳动育人的统一价值指向,它们具有高度契合的育人功能——满足人尊重和自我实现的高级需要。志愿服务劳动育人的成效主要体现在志愿服务培育社会主义核心价值观,提升大学生就业胜任力方面。深化大学生志愿服务劳动育人的路径包括完善志愿服务长效机制,提供劳动育人保障;推进志愿服务专业化,提升劳动育人效能;追求志愿服务精致化,深化劳动育人功能;实现志愿服务网络化,拓展劳动育人新渠道。College students’volunteer service and labor education have internal correlation.The overall development of students is the unified value orientation of volunteer service and labor education.They also have highly compatible education function of meeting the high-level needs of respect and self-realization.The effect of volunteer service on labor education is mainly reflected in the cultivation and practice of socialist core values and the improvement of college students’employment competence.The ways to deepen college students’volunteer service include perfecting the long-term mechanism of volunteer service and providing the guarantee of labor education,promoting the specialization of volunteer service and improving the efficiency of labor education,pursuing the refinement of volunteer service,and deepening the function of labor education.The network of volunteer services is realized and new channels for labor education are expanded.
