摘 要:为探究苦瓜苗期耐热性评价方法,建立耐热性评价数学模型,筛选耐热苦瓜自交系,本研究以20个苦瓜自交系为试验材料,测定高温胁迫下苦瓜幼苗叶片抗氧化酶活性、叶绿素含量、丙二醛含量、相对电导率、游离脯氨酸含量、活性氧、叶绿素荧光动力学参数等13项生理生化和光合特性指标,采用主成分分析、隶属函数、聚类分析和逐步回归等多元统计分析方法,对20个苦瓜自交系进行综合评价,并建立苦瓜苗期耐热性综合评价数学模型。结果表明:主成分分析将测定的13个生理生化和光合特性单项指标转换为4个相互独立的综合指标,累积贡献率87.258%,隶属函数和聚类分析将20个苦瓜自交系按照耐热性强弱划分为强耐热、中耐热、弱耐热3种类型,通过逐步回归分析建立了苦瓜耐热性评价回归方程:D=-0.650+0.143SOD+0.352Chl+0.088MDA-0.149REC+0.102H_(2)O_(2)+0.846F_(v)/F_(m),回归方程平均估计精度为96.92%。筛选出SOD、Chl、MDA、REC、H_(2)O_(2)、F_(v)/F_(m)等6个指标,可用于苦瓜苗期耐热性鉴定,T9、T10、T13、T14、T17等5个苦瓜自交系鉴定为强耐热类型。In order to explore the evaluation method of heat resistance of Momordica charantia L.at seeding stage,the mathematical evaluation model of heat tolerance was established,and the heat-tolerant materials of bitter gourd inbred lines were screened.The 13 physiological,biochemical and photosynthetic characteristics indexes of 20 bitter gourd inbred lines,such as antioxidant enzyme activity,chlorophyll content,malondialdehyde content,relative conductivity,free proline content,reactive oxygen and chlorophyll fluorescence dynamic parameters so on,were determined under high temperature stress,and comprehensive evaluation were evaluated by the principal components,membership function,clustering analysis and regression analysis.The mathematical model for heat tolerance of bitter gourd was established.The results showed that the 13 physiological,biochemical and photosynthetic characteristics indexes were transformed into 4 independent comprehensive indexes with cumulative contribution ratio of 87.258%.The 20 bitter gourd inbred lines were classified into 3 types including strong heat tolerance,medium heat tolerance and weak heat tolerance according to their heat tolerance.The optimal regression equation for heat tolerance evaluation of bitter gourd was established by stepwise regression analysis.It was D=-0.650+0.143SOD+0.352Chl+0.088MDA-0.149REC+0.102H_(2)O_(2)+0.846F_(v)/F_(m).The average estimation accuracy of regression equation was 96.92%.Six indexes which were SOD,Chl,MDA,REC,H_(2)O_(2) and F_(v)/F_(m) can be used to identify the heat tolerance of bitter gourdin at seeding stage,and the bitter gourd inbred lines T9,T10,T13,T14 and T17 were identified as strong heat tolerance types.
