摘  要:半潜式生产平台为深水油气田开发关键设施,采用永久多点锚泊系统进行定位。以中国首个水深1500米级半潜式生产平台——陵水17-2气田“深海一号”能源站海上安装作业为例,基于十万吨级大尺度半潜式生产平台在南海恶劣海况下限位作业的高风险问题、系泊锚腿的快速回接问题以及水深1500米级聚酯缆打捞回收及潜在的扭转与磨损问题,制定了“HYSY291”及“HYSY681”双主作业船进行平台限位与回接的总体施工方案及工艺流程;在此基础上,设计了一套半潜式生产平台限位索具预安装与测试方案,实现了半潜式生产平台由拖航模式至限位模式的快速无缝转换;对半潜式生产平台限位开展了数值模拟分析,对限位拖轮的系柱拖力与回接时平台的位置给出了建议,根据平台限位时的运动划定了安全区域类型,保障了平台限位作业的安全;采用小尺寸引链、切线移船与回收平台链等措施进行聚酯缆及锚链的打捞与拉直,解决了聚酯缆的保护性回收的难题。本研究为中国南海深水浮式生产平台的安装提供了技术储备和经验借鉴。Semi-submersible production platform that uses permanent multi-point mooring system for positioning is a key facility for deepwater oil and gas field development.Taking the offshore installation of the“Deep Sea No.1”energy station in LS17-2 gas field,China’s first semi-submersible production platform with a water depth of 1500 m,as an example,aiming at the problems,such as high risk station-keeping operation of a 100000-ton large-scale semi-submersible production platform in the severe sea conditions of the South China Sea,the quick hook-up of mooring anchor legs,the fishing and retrieving of polyester cables with a water depth of 1500 m,and the potential torsion and abrasion,the overall construction plan and technological process deploying dual-main work boats of“HYSY291”and“HYSY681”for platform station-keeping and hook-up have been formulated;on this basis,a set of pre-installation and testing schemes for the station-keeping rigging of the semi-submersible production platform are designed,which realizes the rapid and seamless transition of the semi-submersible production platform from the towing mode to the station-keeping mode.Numerical simulation analysis is carried out on the station-keeping of the semi-submersible production platform,offering suggestions on the bollard drag of station-keeping tug and the position of platform during hook-up.By delineating the type of safe area according to the movement of platform during the station-keeping,it is able to ensure the safety of platform station-keeping.Measures such as small-size lead chain,tangential ship shifting and recovery of the platform chain are taken to retrieve and straighten the polyester cable and anchor chain,which solves the problem of protective recycling of polyester cables.This study provides technical reserves and experience for the installation of deepwater floating production platforms in the South China Sea.
