摘 要:提出了一种将行星滚柱丝杠和次摆线滚轮齿条进行结合形成的新型传动装置——行星滚柱滚轮复合传动装置,该装置不仅具有行星滚柱丝杠结构紧凑、承载力大的优点,还兼具次摆线滚轮齿条传动精度高、低噪声的优点。阐述了该装置的传动原理并建立了传动装置参数匹配设计方法;针对特定工况需求,进行了传动装置的参数设计和三维建模。采用Adams软件完成了行星滚柱滚轮复合传动装置的运动学仿真,验证了该传动装置的基本传动原理及设计的可行性,并分析归纳了部分基本设计参数对运动特性的影响规律。Proposes a new type of transmission device,the planetary roller and roller pinion transmission device,that combines planetary roller screw with trochoid roller rack.The device not only has advantages of planetary roller screw which are compact structure and large bearing capacity,but also has those of trochoid roller rack which are high precision and low noise.The transmission principle of the device is represented and the parameter matching design method of the transmission device is established.The parameter design and three-dimensional modeling of the transmission device are carried out according to the requirements of specific working conditions.The kinematic simulation of the planetary roller and roller pinion composite transmission device is completed by using Adams software.The result validates the basic transmission principle and design feasibility of the transmission device.The influence law of some basic design parameters on the motion characteristics are analyzed and summarized.
