摘 要:以齿形为ZA和RU型的汽车同步带为研究对象,研究了齿形对同步带传动噪声的影响规律。建立了两种齿形同步带的振动仿真模型,求解横向振动频响曲线,以振动频响结果作为边界元条件,进行了同步带两轮传动的声学仿真分析,通过仿真获得场点频域曲线和噪声分布云图;基于声阵列技术搭建同步带传动噪声源识别装置,进行转速对两种齿形同步带噪声影响规律的试验研究,得到了不同转速下同步带传动噪声的噪声分布云图。通过仿真结果与试验结果的对比得知,在共振区,不同齿形的共振发生频率不同;在非共振区,噪声幅值随转速的增加而增大,且RU型同步带传动噪声比ZA型同步带传动噪声高约4 dB。In order to study the influence of tooth profile on the transmission noise of synchronous belt,the synchronous belt of ZA and RU type are taken as the research object.The vibration simulation model of two kinds of synchronous belts is carried out to solve the frequency response curve of transverse vibration.The vibra tion freqency response results are used as boundary element conditions to conduct the acoustic simulation analy sis of two pulleys drive of the synchronous belt,the field frequency domain curve and noise distribution cloud im age are obtained by simulation.A noise source identification device for synchronous belt transmission is built based on the sound array technology,and the influence of speed on the noise of two kinds of synchronous belt is tested.By comparing the simulation results with the experimental results,it is concluded that the resonance fre quency of different tooth profiles is different in the resonance region.In the non-resonant region,the noise am plitude increases with the speed,and the transmission noise of RU type synchronous belt is about 4dB higher than that of ZA type synchronous belt.
