摘　　要：随着汽车工业的发展,对与新能源汽车驱动电机配套的深沟球轴承的性能要求也越来越严格。针对某新能源汽车驱动电机用深沟球轴承使用中出现润滑和温升而导致寿命降低的问题,分析其原因为保持架的结构不便于散热和润滑不足,密封圈的内密封唇摩擦生热过大且密封不良。为满足技术要求,在原有驱动电机用的轴承保持架和密封结构基础上,提出了改进优化保持架结构和密封圈双唇非接触式密封设计的方法。并通过实例与优化前进行对比,经试验验证,新型结构能实现润滑脂良好储存,形成可靠的油膜和降低轴承工作时的发热量,实现高速状态下的散热,保证密封存脂性能,从而提高轴承的使用寿命,得到了较好的优化设计结果。采取改进措施后的轴承满足客户使用要求。With the development of the automobile industry,the performance requirements of the new en ergy vehicle driving motor for its matching deep groove ball bearings are becoming more and more stringent.Aiming at the problems of lubrication and temperature rise in the use of the deep groove ball bearings for a new energy vehicle drive motor,the reasons found are that the structure of the cage is not convenient for heat dissipa tion and lack of lubrication.In order to meet the technical requirements and based on the original bearing seal structure used for driving motor,the design method of improving and optimizing the cage structure and the dou ble-lip non-contact seal is put forward.Through the comparison between the example and before optimization,the test verifies that the new structure can realize the good storage of grease,form a reliable oil film,reduce the heat value of the bearings when working,realize the heat dissipation at high speed and get a better optimization design results.The bearings after taking the improvement measures can meet the requirements of customers.
