摘 要:齿轮齿槽根部圆角由插齿刀的齿顶包络而成,以往汽车齿轮和通用齿轮对圆角的要求不高,但随着人们对所用装备体验感不断提升,提高了对制造技术水平要求,齿轮作为传递运动和动力的关键部件,不仅要传递动力,还要求啮合过程稳定、强度高以及噪音低等,齿轮齿槽根部的圆角对齿轮应力有重要影响,而且齿根应力是齿根疲劳裂纹扩展的重要影响因素,因此为保证齿轮传动装备更高的安全性和稳定性,对齿轮齿根圆角的控制要求越来越严格。本文利用UG软件的建模及仿真功能,研究分析了不同变位系数插齿刀对齿轮齿槽圆角的影响。The fillet at the root of the gear slot is formed by the enveloping of the top of the gear shaper cutter.In the past,automobile gears and some general gears have low requirements for the fillet.However,with the improvement of people′s sense of experience of the equipment has been constantly sublimated.As the key component of transmitting motion and power,the gear needs to transmit power,and is required the meshing process to be stable,also should be high intensity,infinitely low noise,etc.The fillet of gear root has an important influence on the gear stress,and the root stress is an important factor of the root fatigue crack propagation.In order to ensure the equipment with gear transmission has higher safety and stability,the control of the fillet of gear root is more and more strict.In this paper,the powerful modeling function and simulation function of UG are used to study and analyze the influence of gear shaper cutter with different modification coefficient on gear slot fillet.
