摘 要:超高压磨料水射流因具有冲蚀材料的能力而被广泛用于水切割用途,为了将传统超高压磨料水切割技术转变为控制切削深度的超高压磨料水射流铣削技术,探索了磨料水射流铣削材料型槽的技术原理和关键控制因素,介绍了磨料水射流铣削加工试验装置和以扇形结构磨料喷嘴组成铣削刀头的研制情况,开展了不锈钢及陶瓷材料的型槽铣削加工试验,分析了磨料水射流铣削关键工况参数对材料型槽铣削深度的影响规律。结果表明,铣削刀头形成260~400 MPa压力的扇形磨料射流,并以500~1000 mm/min横移速度相对于材料工件重复循环移动,可以实现特殊型槽的磨料水射流铣削成型技术应用。Ultra-high pressure abrasive water jet is widely used in water cutting because of its ability to erode and remove materials.In order to transform the traditional water cutting technology into ultra-high pressure abrasive water jet milling technology to control the cutting depth,the technical principle and key control factors of abrasive water jet milling material groove were explored.The development of abrasive water jet milling test device and milling cutter head composed of fan-shaped abrasive nozzle was introduced.The groove milling tests of stainless steel and ceramic materials were carried out.The influence of key operating parameters for abrasive water jet milling on the milling depth of the groove was analyzed.The results show that the milling cutter head forms a fan-shaped abrasive jet with a pressure of 260~400 MPa and moves cyclically relative to the material parts at a transverse speed of 500~1000 mm/min so as to realize the technical application of abrasive water jet for milling of special groove in the material.
