摘 要:为探讨高速潜水轴流泵输送含沙水时叶轮的磨损情况,采用Particle非均相流模型和Finnie磨损模型对高速潜水轴流泵内固液两相流进行数值模拟,揭示了不同流量和颗粒直径条件下高速潜水轴流泵叶轮流道内的两相流动规律。结果表明:在叶片压力面上,固相颗粒主要集中于出口处和靠近轮毂处;在叶片吸力面上,固相颗粒主要集中在进口处;随着流量的增大,在压力面上,固相颗粒分布范围有所减小,但是固相体积分数相对提高,导致磨损程度也相应的增大;在叶片压力面中间流线处,流量为400 m^(3)/h时,叶片进口和出口附近固相体积分数较大,其中叶片出口附近达到最大为26%;在轮毂流线处,叶片进口的固相体积分数在流量为300 m^(3)/h时最大,为20.6%,叶片出口附近的固相体积分数在流量为400 m^(3)/h时最大,为41.1%;随着固相颗粒粒径的增大,颗粒运动速度从23.80 m/s增大至24.89 m/s,运动轨迹向轮缘处靠近,叶片压力面出口处、轮毂处以及吸力面进口处磨损明显增大。In order to explore the wear of the impeller of high-speed submersible axial flow pump when delivering sandy water,the solid-liquid two-phase flow in the high-speed submersible axial flow pump was numerically simulated by Particle nonhomogeneous flow model and Finnie wear model,which reveals the two-phase flow law in the impeller flow channel of the highspeed submersible axial flow pump under different flow rate and particle size conditions.The results show that on the pressure surface of blade,the solid-phase particles are mainly concentrated at the outlet and near the hub;on the suction surface of blade,the solid-phase particles are mainly concentrated at the inlet;with the increase of flow rate,on the pressure surface,the distribution range of solid-phase particles decreases,but the volume fraction of solid-phase increases relatively,leading to a corresponding increase of wear;at the middle flow line of the blade pressure surface,the flow rate is 400 m^(3)/h.The solid phase volume fraction near the blade inlet and outlet is relatively large,of which the maximum is 26%near the blade outlet;at the hub flow line,the solid phase volume fraction near the blade inlet is the largest at the flow rate of 300 m^(3)/h,20.6%,and the solid phase volume fraction near the blade outlet is the largest at the flow rate of 400 m^(3)/h,41.1%;with the increase of solid phase particle size,the particle motion speed increases from 23.80 m/s to 24.89 m/s,and the motion trajectory is close to the impeller edge,and the wear at the outlet of the pressure surface of the blade,the hub and the inlet of the suction surface increases significantly.
