活络骨康丸联合利塞膦酸钠治疗老年原发性骨质疏松症的远期疗效观察和依从性分析

摘　　要：目的:观察活络骨康丸联合利塞膦酸钠片治疗老年原发性骨质疏松症的临床疗效和依从性分析。方法:选取2018年5月-2019年7月在某院诊治的老年原发性骨质疏松症患者98例,治疗方案不同分为对照组和治疗组各49例,两组均给予口服利塞膦酸钠片治疗,治疗组另加用活络骨康丸治疗。观察两组患者临床疼痛缓解效果、生活质量提升情况、骨密度、血清骨钙素、血清碱性磷酸酶浓度差异以及并发症发生率。结果:治疗组止痛缓解有效率达89.7%,明显高于对照组的77.5%,且活动能力改善总有效率为91.8%,优于对照组的81.6%(P<0.05)。两组治疗后骨密度逐步提高(P<0.05),与对照组对比,治疗组骨密度值升高幅度更显著(P<0.05);血清骨钙素在不同时期逐步增高(P<0.05),与对照组对比,治疗组增高幅度更显著(P<0.05);血清碱性磷酸酶在不同时期逐步降低(P<0.05),与对照组对比,治疗组降低幅度更显著(P<0.05)。结论:活络骨康丸联合利塞膦酸钠可以减轻老年骨质疏松患者疼痛症状,提高患者骨密度,药物并发症较少,并获得满意临床疗效。Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy and compliance of Huoluogukang pills and risedronate sodium tablets on elderly patients with primary osteoporosis.Methods:98 elderly patients with primary osteoporosis treated in a hospital from March 2018 to July 2019 were selected and randomly divided into treatment group(49 cases)and control group(49 cases).Both groups were treated with risedronate sodium tablets,and the treatment group was treated with Huoluogukang pills additionally.The clinical pain relief effect,improvement of quality of life,bone density,changes of serum alkaline phosphatase concentration and incidence of adverse reactions were observed.Results:The effective rate of pain relief in the treatment group was 89.7%,which was significantly higher than 77.5%in the control group,and the total effective rate of activity improvement was 91.8%,which was better than 81.6%in the control group(P<0.05).The bone density of the two groups increased gradually after treatment(P<0.05),compared with the control group,the bone density of the treatment group increased more significantly(P<0.05).Serum osteocalcin increased gradually in different periods(P<0.05),compared with the control group,the serum osteocalcin of the treatment group increased more significantly(P<0.05).Serum alkaline phosphatase decreased gradually in different periods(P<0.05),compared with the control group,the serum alkaline phosphatase of the treatment group decreased more significantly(P<0.05).Conclusion:Huoluogukang pills combined with risedronate sodium tablets can reduce the pain symptoms of elderly patients with osteoporosis,improve bone density,reduce drug complications and obtain satisfactory clinical curative effect.
