摘　　要：目的:探讨慢性心功能不全(CHF)应用诺新妥辅助治疗对其心功能的影响。方法:选取某院2018年1月-2021年9月收治的80例CHF患者,按投掷硬币法分为常规治疗组和诺新妥组各40例,常规治疗组给予常规药物治疗,诺新妥组在常规治疗组基础上增加诺新妥治疗,比较两组临床疗效、心功能、血清相关指标及生活质量。结果:诺新妥组总有效率(87.50%)高于常规治疗组(67.50%)(P<0.05);治疗后,诺新妥组MMP-9、sST2、NT-pro BNP水平均低于常规治疗组(P<0.05);诺新妥组LVEDS、LVEDd短于常规治疗组,LVEF、FS高于常规治疗组(P<0.05);诺新妥组ML WHFQ评分低于常规治疗组(P<0.05)。结论:诺新妥辅助治疗可减少CHF患者心肌细胞损伤,改善心功能,提高其生活质量,临床疗效佳。Objective:To investigate the effect of adjuvant therapy with Novoxetone on chronic cardiac insufficiency(CHF)on cardiac function.Methods:A total of 80 CHF patients admitted to a hospital from January 2018 to September 2021 were selected.According to the coin tossing method,they were divided into the routine treatment group(40 cases)and the Nuoxintuo group(40 cases).The routine treatment group was given conventional drug treatment,and the Nuoxintuo group received Nuoxintuo treatment on the basis of the conventional treatment group.The clinical efficacy,cardiac function,serum-related indicators and quality of life were compared between the two groups.Results:The total effective rate in the Nuoxintuo group(87.50%)was higher than that in the routine treatment group(67.50%)(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of MMP-9,sST2 and NT-pro BNP in the Nuoxintuo group were lower than those in the conventional treatment group(P<0.05).LVEDS and LVEDd in Nuoxintuo group were shorter than those in routine treatment group,LVEF and FS were higher than those in routine treatment group(P<0.05).ML WHFQ score in Nuoxintuo group was lower than that in routine treatment group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Adjuvant therapy with Nuxintuo can reduce myocardial cell damage,improve cardiac function,and improve the quality of life in patients with CHF,with good clinical efficacy.
