摘　　要：目的:探讨重组人干扰素α1b(rhIFNα1b)辅助治疗闭塞性细支气管炎(Bo)患儿的效果及对其炎性反应的影响。方法:按照随机数字法将某院2018年10月-2019年11月收治的83例Bo患儿分为对照组41例和观察组42例,对照组采用常规治疗,观察组在对照组的基础上联合rhIFNα1b治疗,观察两组临床疗效、症状消失时间、肺功能及炎性指标。结果:治疗后,观察组临床疗效高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组咳嗽、喘息、气促、呼吸困难消失时间均短于对照组(P<0.05);观察组RR、VPTEF/VE低于对照组,TV、TPTEF/TE高于对照组(P<0.05),观察组血清IFN-γ、IL-17、SP-D水平低于对照组,IL-4高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:rhIFNα1b辅助治疗小儿Bo,可降低炎症水平、促进症状恢复、改善肺功能,提高临床疗效。Objective:To investigate the effect of recombinant human interferonα1b(rhIFNα1b)in the adjuvant treatment of bronchiolitis obliterans(Bo)in children and its influence on inflammatory response.Methods:According to the random number method,83 cases of Bo children admitted to a hospital from October 2018 to November 2019 were divided into two groups.41 cases in the control group were given routine treatment,while 42 cases in the observation group were treated with rhIFNα1b on the basis of the control group.The clinical efficacy,symptom disappearance time,lung function and inflammatory indexes of the two groups were observed.Results:After treatment,the clinical efficacy of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).The disappearance time of cough,wheezing,shortness of breath and dyspnea in observation group was shorter than that in control group(P<0.05).RR and VPTEF/VE in observation group were lower than those in control group,TV and TPTEF/TE were higher than those in control group(P<0.05),and the levels of serum IFN-γ,IL-17 and SP-D in observation group were lower than those in control group,while IL-4 was higher than that in control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:RhIFNα1b in the adjuvant treatment of bronchiolitis obliterans(Bo)in children can reduce the level of inflammation,promote the recovery of symptoms,improve the lung function and improve the clinical curative effect.
