摘　　要：目的:探讨胎盘低置产妇引导分娩中应用气囊加压腹带对产程、分娩结局的影响。方法:选取2019年1月-2020年2月在某院确诊的100例胎盘低置产妇,按照入院顺序将患者分为观察组和对照组各50例,对照组采用常规的处理方式,观察组在对照组的基础上应用气囊加压腹带,比较两组患者的产程进展(第二产程和第三产程时间)、产后2h出血量,记录两组患者不良分娩结局发生情况。结果:观察组产妇的第二产程和第三产程时间、产后2h出血量均低于对照组(P<0.05);两组新生儿出生1min、5min Apgar评分,新生儿窒息例数,脐动脉血气水平以及入住NICU例数比较均无明显差异(P>0.05);观察组的不良分娩结局发生率为6.00%,低于对照组的20.00%(P<0.05)。结论:气囊加压腹带在低置胎盘产妇中应用可以缩短产程进展,减少产后出血量,且安全性较好。Objective:To investigate the effect of air bag pressure abdominal band on labor course and delivery outcome during guided delivery of women with low placenta.Methods:100 cases of patients with low placenta diagnosed in a hospital from January 2019 to February 2020 were selected and divided into observation group and control group according to the order of admission,with 50 patients in each group.The control group received conventional treatment,and the observation group was given the air bag pressure abdominal band on the basis of the control group.The progress of labor(the second stage and the third stage),2 hours postpartum blood loss,and incidence of adverse delivery outcomes were recorded and compared between the groups.Results:The time of the second and third stages of labor and 2h postpartum blood loss in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in Apgar score at 1min and 5min after birth,number of neonatal asphyxia cases,umbilical arterial blood gas level,and number of NICU cases between the two groups(P>0.05).The incidence of adverse delivery outcomes in the observation group was 6.00%,lower than 20.00%in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of air bag pressure abdominal band in women with low placenta can shorten the progress of labor,and reduce postpartum bleeding,with better safety.
