摘　　要：目的:探究双管喉罩在新生儿急救复苏中的应用价值。方法:选取2019年1月-2020年1月某院剖宫产的窒息患儿40例,随机分为对照组和研究组各20例,对照组采用面罩通气进行急救复苏,研究组采用双管喉罩进行急救复苏,对比两组患儿的各项临床指标、临床治疗效果和不良反应发生情况以及1min、5min的Apgar评分情况。结果:与对照组相比较,研究组的成功插入时间、复苏起效时间和平均通气时间均更短(P<0.05);与对照组相比较,研究组的一次性成功放置、复苏成功率明显更高(P<0.05),与对照组相比较,研究组的不良反应发生率明显更低(P<0.05);与对照组相比较,研究组的1min Apgar评分、5min Apgar评分明显更高(P<0.05)。结论:在新生儿急救复苏中应用双管喉罩通气治疗可以明显改善患儿的缺氧等各项临床指标,进一步提高一次放置的成功率和复苏成功率,同时降低患儿的不良反应发生率,保障患儿的安全性,持续提高患儿的Apgar评分,促进患儿的临床治疗效果趋向理想化,值得推广。Objective:To explore the application value of double-tube laryngeal mask airway in neonatal emergency resuscitation.Methods:A total of 40 children with asphyxia admitted to a hospital from January 2019 to January 2020 were selected and randomly divided into two groups,with 20 patients in each group.Mask ventilation was used for emergency resuscitation in the control group,while double-tube laryngeal mask airway was used for emergency resuscitation in the study group.The clinical indicators,clinical treatment effect,adverse reactions and Apgar score at l min and 5 min were compared between the two groups.Results:Compared with the control group,the successful insertion time,the onset time of resuscitation and the mean ventilation time of the study group were shorter(P<0.05).Compared with the control group,the success rate of one-time successful placement and resuscitation was significantly higher in the study group(P<0.05),and the incidence of adverse reactions was significantly lower in the study group(P<0.05).Compared with the control group,Apgar scores at l min and 5 min were significantly higher in the study group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of double-tube laryngeal mask ventilation in neonatal emergency resuscitation can significantly improve the hypoxia and other clinical indicators,further improve the success rate of one-time successful placement and resuscitation,reduce the incidence of adverse reactions in children at the same time,guarantee the safety of the children,continue to improved the patient's Apgar score,and promote the clinical treatment effect of children tend to idealized,which isworthy of promotion.
