正火对JGF45V非调质钢显微组织和力学性能的影响

摘  要:JGF45V非调质钢的韧性往往较差,难以达到要求。为在强度不明显降低的前提下改善JGF45V钢的韧性,对直径为92 mm的JGF45V钢热轧棒材进行了850℃加热后强对流空气冷却的正火处理,随后检测了热轧态和正火态棒材的显微组织和力学性能及冲击断口检验。结果表明:与未经正火的钢相比,经过正火的JGF45V钢显微组织更均匀,铁素体量增加了10%以上,无网状铁素体,塑性、韧性明显改善,强度稍低但符合要求。The toughness of JGF45 V non-quenched-tempered steel is often insufficient and difficult to meet the requirement.The hot-rolled JGF45 V steel bar 92 mm in diameter was normalized by heating at 850℃followed by cooling in strong convection air,and then was subjected to microstructure survey,mechanical property measurements and impact fracture test,for the purpose of improving toughness of the JGF45 V steel without obvious reduction in its strengths.The results showed that the normalized JGF45 V steel exhibited more uniform microstructure,more than 10%increased amount of ferrite,no network ferrite,considerably better plasticity and toughness,and slightly lower but desirable strengths,as compared with the JGF45 V steel not normalized.
