摘  要:镀锌产品锌层的附着力与热浸镀锌生产线退火炉的气氛密切相关。马钢某热浸镀锌生产线退火炉加热段、均热段和冷却段的氧含量偏高(≥5×10;),对退火炉氧含量异常的原因进行了排查。结果表明:氧含量异常主要与氧含量分析仪电磁阀故障、过滤器材质为玻璃、抽气泵安装在氧含量分析仪之前、环境温度及退火炉气密性不良等因素有关。对氧含量分析仪进行改进及建立气密性检测制度后,退火炉氧含量异常问题已彻底解决。Adhesion of zinc layer on galvanized products is related closely to atmosphere in annealing furnace of hot dip galvanizing production line. The heating zone, soaking zone and cooling zone of annealing furnace in a hot dip galvanizing production line all exhibited as higher oxygen content as equal to or larger than 5×10;in Ma’anshan Iron and Steel Co. The cause of abnormal oxygen content in annealing furnace was investigated. The results indicated that the abnormal oxygen content was concerned mainly in the magnetic valve failure, the filters made from glass, installation of the suction pump in front of the oxygen analyzer, environment temperature and poor gas-tightness of the annealing furnace. The problem of abnormal oxygen content in the annealing furnace has been completely solved by improving the oxygen content analyzer and establishing the gas-tightness test system.
