摘 要:2019—2020年在山西省藜麦种植基地发现一种穗腐病.通过病原菌分离、致病性测定、形态特征观察及rDNA-ITS、翻译延长因子(TEF1-α)和微丝肌动蛋白(ACT)基因序列分析,对该病害的病原菌种类进行鉴定,并测定了碳源、氮源、温度和pH值对其菌落生长的影响.结果表明,藜麦穗腐病的病原菌为枝状枝孢(Cladosporium cladosporioides),以葡萄糖为碳源和草酸铵为氮源的培养基有利于枝状枝孢菌株LMSF-1的生长;该菌株生长的最适温度为25℃,最适pH值为7.Epidemics of Chenopodium quinoa ear rot were detected on plantation bases in Shanxi Province during 2019-2020. After isolating the pathogen, pathogenicity test, morphological analysis and sequence analysis of rDNA internal transcribed spacer(rDNA-ITS), translation elongation factor 1-α gene(TEF1-α) and actin gene(ACT) were performed to identify the pathogen. The effects of carbon and nitrogen sources, temperature, and pH on the growth of the pathogen were further investigated. The results showed that Cladosporium cladosporioides was the pathogen that caused ear rot. The medium with glucose as the carbon source and ammonium oxalate as the nitrogen source was beneficial to the growth of C.cladosporioides strain LMSF-1. And the optimum temperature and pH for its growth was 25 ℃ and 7, respectively.
