捏积疗法在小儿保健中的临床应用效果分析

摘　　要：目的观察分析捏积疗法在小儿保健中的临床应用价值。方法以2019年1月-2020年1月医院收治的体质较弱患儿76例为研究对象,采用组间均衡可比的原则分为对照组和观察组,每组38例。对照组给予患儿常规治疗,观察组在对照组的基础上给予患儿捏积疗法治疗。对比两组患儿治疗后1年内患病次数、两组家属对健康知识的掌握情况以及两组家属对治疗的满意度。结果观察组患儿1年内患病次数≤2次的患儿多于对照组;患病3~6次和>6次的患儿少于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患儿家属对健康知识掌握程度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患儿家属对治疗过程以及方式的总体满意度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论捏积疗法应用于小儿保健中能有效减少小儿患病次数,提高家属对小儿健康知识的掌握程度和家属对治疗的满意度,具有极高的应用价值。Objective To analyze the clinical application value of kneading therapy in children health care.Methods 76 cases of children with weak constitution admitted to our hospital from January 2019 to January 2020 were randomly divided into control group and observation group,38 cases in each group.The control group was given routine treatment,while the observation group was given kneading therapy on the basis of the control group.The frequency of illness in one year after treatment,the mastery of health knowledge and the satisfaction of family members of the two groups were compared.Results The number of children with less than or equal to 2 times in one year in the observation group was significantly more than that in the control group;the number of children with 3-6 times and more than 6 times in one year in the observation group was significantly less than that in the control group,and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).The knowledge of children's healthy diet,healthy exercise,disease prevention,vaccination and health care effect in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group.The difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).The overall satisfaction of the family members of the observation group to the treatment process and methods(including health knowledge,psychological guidance,service attitude and child health care methods)was significantly higher than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of kneading therapy in children's health care can effectively reduce the number of children's illness,improve the family's mastery of children's health knowledge and the family's satisfaction with the treatment,which has high application value.
