摘 要:基于高频变压器的串联谐振充电设备是当前电容型脉冲功率电源系统先进的充电方式之一。现有文献针对其充电原理已进行过大量研究,主要致力于充电过程的数学建模及其与其他充电方式的性能对比。本文针对此种充电设备在实际使用过程中的充电误差与并联电源模块个数相关联的特殊现象,首先根据实际电路拓扑分析充电误差的产生机理,并推导充电误差与负载大小的定量关系,进而结合有限元和电路仿真证明理论分析的正确性,最后提出消除误差的控制方案并完成实验验证。相关研究结论对优化电磁发射装置用电容型脉冲功率电源系统具有一定的实际意义。The series resonant charging equipment based on high frequency transformer is one of the advanced charging methods of capacitive pulse power supply.The existing literature has done a lot of research on its charging principle,mainly focusing on the mathematical modeling of the charging process and the performance comparison with other charging methods.This paper aims at the special phenomenon that the charging error of this kind of charging equipment is related to the number of parallel modules in actual use.Firstly,the mechanism of charging error is studied according to the actual circuit topology,and the quantitative relationship between charging error and load is deduced.Furthermore,the correctness of the theoretical analysis is verified by combining the finite element method and circuit simulation.Finally,the control scheme to eliminate the error is proposed and the experimental verification is completed.The conclusion of related research has certain practical significance for optimizing the capacitive pulse power supply system of the electromagnetic launcher.
