摘　　要：为进一步规范厦门市海沧医院医用耗材供应商管理,保障医院医用耗材供应,该研究运用层次分析法建立了一套可量化的医用耗材供应商评价体系;通过查阅文献、专家访谈等方式确立了5个一级指标、17个二级指标及其影响程度大小,且确定了各级权重并设置了评分表,并通过抽取5家供应商进行了实践评分排名,证明该评价体系可辅助医院进一步加强医用耗材供应商管理,后续可通过分类管理进一步细化评价体系,使供应商管理更加科学化、系统化。In order to further standardize the management of medical consumables suppliers in Xiamen Haicang Hospital and ensure the supply of medical consumables in the hospital,this study established a quantifiable evaluation system of medical consumables suppliers by using analytic hierarchy process.Through literature review and expert interview,five primary indicators,17 secondary indicators and the degrees of their influence were established,the weights at all levels were determined and the scoring table was set.Through the scoring and ranking of 5 suppliers practically,it is proved that the evaluation system can assist the hospital to further strengthen the management of medical consumables suppliers.In the future,the evaluation system can be further refined through classified management to make the supplier management more scientific and systematic.
