摘　　要：针对手创伤、卒中等造成的手功能障碍,在手术、药物治疗的基础上,开展适当的康复训练亦非常必要,以促进手功能改善。在此背景下,该研究有针对性地设计了一款简易的手功能康复训练器,其高度贴合患者手部,材质柔软不伤皮肤,结构稳定不易形变,且满足院感要求(可拆卸,易清洗消毒)。此外,该训练器包含多种手功能康复训练模式和方法,有助于提高手部本体感觉,促进各肌肉群之间的相互作用,可用于神经科、骨科不同病种的手功能康复场景,较好地满足了临床康复训练的需求。As for hand dysfunction caused by hand trauma and stroke,in addition to surgery and drug treatment,it is also necessary to carry out some rehabilitation training to improve hand function.On this background,this study designed a simple hand function rehabilitation trainer purposefully.The trainer highly fits to the patient's hand,does not hurt the skin with soft material,is not easy to deform with a stable structure,is detachable meeting the requirements of nosocomial infection,and is easy to clean and disinfect.Besides,the trainer contains a variety of modes and methods of hand function rehabilitation training,which help to improve hand proprioception and promote the interaction between various muscle groups.The trainer can be used in hand function rehabilitation scenarios of different diseases such as neurology and orthopedics,which can better meet the needs of clinical rehabilitation training.
