摘　　要：该研究在医用输液泵管理中运用了PDCA循环法,实施了完善制度、提升设备信息化、规范人员培训、加强巡查保养、开展质控工作等一系列措施,并定期检查实施效果实现闭环管理。管理后,医用输液泵的故障频数由48次降为12次,质控合格率由86.66%提升为98.66%,设备处于实时待用状态,证实PDCA管理可以有效降低医用输液泵故障率,保障临床诊疗安全,可将该方法运用到其他相关质量改进工作中。In this study,PDCA cycle was used in the management of medical infusion pump,a series of measures,such as perfecting the system,improving equipment informatization,standardizing personnel training,strengthening patrol maintenance and carrying out quality control work were implemented,and the implementation effect was checked regularly to realize closed-loop management.After PDCA cycle management,the failure frequency of medical infusion pump was reduced from 48 to 12,the qualified rate of quality control was increased from 86.66%to 98.66%,and the equipment was in real-time standby state.This demonstrated that the application of PDCA management can effectively reduce the failure rate of medical infusion pump and ensure the safety of clinical diagnosis and treatment.This method can be applied to relevant quality improvement work.
