摘  要:目的探讨前臂长度测量值偏差对前臂骨密度(BMD)值的影响。方法回顾性分析2019—2020年于河北省人民医院以双能X线吸收法(DXA)测定右前臂BMD的100名受检者的测量资料,根据前臂实际测量值的不同,将100名受检者分为A组(前臂实际测量值22 cm)和B组(前臂实际测量值23 cm),每组50名,设定偏差值分别为-3、-2、-1、0、1、2、3 cm,前臂长度为实际测量值+偏差值,根据所得前臂长度将A、B组各分为7个亚组,即A_(1)、A2、A_(3)、A_(4)、A_(5)、A_(6)、A_(7)组,前臂长度分别为19、20、21、22、23、24、25 cm,以及B_(1)、B_(2)、B_(3)、B_(4)、B_(5)、B_(6)、B_(7)组,前臂长度分别为20、21、22、23、24、25、26 cm;将各组前臂长度值录入Hologic APEX软件进行BMD值分析,比较A_(4)组与A组内其他亚组以及B_(4)组与B组内其他亚组前臂1/3区、中间(MID)区和超远端(UD)区BMD值的差异。结果关于前臂1/3区、MID区的BMD值,A_(1)组<A2组<A_(3)组<A_(4)组<A_(5)组<A_(6)组<A_(7)组,B_(1)组<B_(2)组<B_(3)组<B_(4)组<B_(5)组<B_(6)组<B_(7)组,A_(4)组与A组内其他亚组以及B_(4)组与B组内其他亚组比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);关于前臂UD区的BMD值,A_(4)组与A组内其他亚组以及B_(4)组与B组内其他亚组比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论在测定前臂BMD时,前臂长度测量值偏差会影响前臂BMD值。Objective The influence of forearm length measurement deviation on forearm bone mineral density(BMD)value was investigated.Methods A retrospective analysis was performed on the measurement data of 100 subjects who had right forearm BMD measured by dual-energy X-ray absorptiometry(DXA)in Hebei General Hospital from 2019 to 2020.According to the actual measured values of forearm,100 subjects were divided into group A(the actual measurement value of forearm was 22 cm)and group B(the actual measurement value of forearm was 23 cm),with 50 subjects in each group.The deviation values were set as -3,-2,-1,0,1,2,3 cm,respectively.The forearm length was the actual measurement value plus the deviation value.According to the obtained forearm length,group A and B were divided into 7 subgroups,respectively,namely group A_(1),A_(2),A_(3),A_(4),A_(5),A_(6) and A_(7) and the corresponding forearm lengths were 19,20,21,22,23,24,25 cm,and group B_(1),B_(2),B_(3),B_(4),B_(5),B_(6),B_(7),and the corresponding forearm lengths were 20,21,22,23,24,25,26 cm.The forearm length values of each group were recorded into Hologic APEX software for BMD value analysis,and the differences of BMD values at 1/3,middle(MID)and ultra distal(UD)regions of forearm between group A_(4) and the other subgroups in group A and between group B_(4) and the other subgroups in group B were compared.Results The BMD values of forearm at 1/3 region and MID region were as follows:A_(1) group<A_(2) group<A_(3) group<A_(4) group<A_(5) group<A_(6) group<A_(7) group,B_(1) group<B_(2) group<B_(3) group<B_(4) group<B_(5) group<B_(6) group<B_(7) group,when A_(4) group and the other subgroups in group A and B_(4) group and the other subgroups in group B were compared respectively,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05);There was no significant difference in BMD value at UD region of forearm between group A_(4) and the other subgroups in group A or between group B_(4) and the other subgroups in group B(P>0.05).Conclusion When measuring the BMD value of forearm
