研究LEEP刀宫颈环形电切术联合重组人干扰素α2b栓治疗中重度宫颈糜烂的疗效及对宫颈微循环的影响

摘　　要：目的:探究在中重度宫颈糜烂患者治疗中予以LEEP刀宫颈环形电切术联合重组干扰素α2b栓治疗对其临床疗效和宫颈微循环的影响。方法:研究样本选自本院宫颈糜烂患者88例,按照不同的治疗方案分组,观察组予以LEEP刀宫颈环形电切术联合重组干扰素α2b栓治疗(44例),对照组予以LEEP刀宫颈环形电切术治疗(44例),对比效果。结果:从临床疗效上看,观察组总有效率为95.5%(42/44),对照组为68.2%(30/44),存在差异(P<0.05);从宫颈微循环指标上看,观察组治疗后局部血流灌注为(1.24±0.39)V、毛细血管管径为(7.22±2.10)μm、微血管管径为(71.24±14.31)μm;对照组治疗后局部血流灌注为(0.79±0.25)V、毛细血管管径为(5.51±1.23)μm、微血管管径为(60.10±10.11)μm,存在差异(P<0.05)。结论:对中重度宫颈糜烂患者予以LEEP刀宫颈环形电切术联合重组干扰素α2b栓治疗,能明显提升患者临床疗效,并进一步对患者宫颈微循环进行改善,值得在临床上应用。Objective:To explore the effect of LEEP knife cervix circular resection combined with recombinant interferonα2b suppository treatment on the clinical efficacy and cervical microcirculation in the treatment of moderate to severe cervical erosion.Methods:The study samples were selected from 88 patients with cervical erosion in our hospital,grouped according to different treatment plans.The experimental group was treated with LEEP knife cervical resection combined with recombinant interferonα2b suppository(44 cases),and the control group received LEEP knife cervical ring Electric resection treatment(44 cases),contrast effect.Results:In terms of clinical efficacy,the experimental group was 95.5%(42/44),and the control group was 68.2%(30/44).The difference was obvious(P<0.05);from the cervical microcirculation index,the experimental group was treated Local blood perfusion is(1.24±0.39)V,capillary diameter is(7.22±2.10)μm,capillary diameter is(71.24±14.31)μm;the local blood perfusion after treatment in the control group is(0.79±0.25)V.The capillary diameter is(5.51±1.23)μm,and the capillary diameter is(60.10±10.11)μm,there is a difference(P<0.05).Conclusion:For patients with moderate to severe cervical erosion,LEEP knife cervix resection combined with recombinant interferonα2b suppository can significantly improve the clinical efficacy of patients and further improve the cervical microcirculation of patients,which is worthy of clinical application.
