运用五色针灸体系辨治阳痿思路

摘　　要：现代研究发现色彩可以改变患者的心理活动及变化,是治疗阳痿伴有心理障碍者的新型疗法。受马巧琳教授在教学实践中形成的五色针灸体系启发,将阳痿与中医五色理论及现代色彩心理学相联系,并根据阳痿多为肝郁气结、肾虚、瘀血阻络的病因病机特点,将其应用到阳痿临床辨治中,进而以五色针灸体系为基础,从五色针具、五色灸具、五色医疗环境对阳痿进行分型辨治,以期为阳痿临床治疗提供借鉴思路。Modern research has found that color can change the psychological activities and changes of patients,and it is a new therapeutic method for treating impotence accompanied by psychological disorders.Inspired by the five-color acupuncture system developed by Professor MA Qiaolin in teaching practice,link impotence with the five-color theory of traditional Chinese medicine and modern color psychology,and it is applied to the clinical treatment of impotence according to the etiology and pathogenesis of liver qi depression,kidney deficiency and blood stasis obstructing collaterals.Then,based on the five-color acupuncture system,the diagnosis and treatment of impotence are differentiated and treated from five-color acupuncture tools,five-color moxibustion tools,and five-color medical environment,in order to provide reference ideas for the clinical treatment of impotence.
