张仲景与吴鞠通论治疟病比较研究

摘　　要：张仲景根据《黄帝内经》有关疟病的记载,整理总结出温疟、寒疟、牡疟、疟母四证,并详细论述了它们的病因病机以及治法方药,为后世治疟之理论基础;吴鞠通在《温病条辨》中再论疟病,总体上继承了张仲景之思想,并且补充了张仲景瘅疟未出方之空白;除此之外,张仲景治疟,病位侧重于少阳肝胆,而吴鞠通则根据三焦辨证理论,强调疟邪存在循上、中、下三焦依次传变的规律,依据邪气传变之脏腑不同,除温疟、瘅疟、疟母外,又增添了肺疟、心疟、脾疟、肾疟等证及其治法,选方上灵活运用经方,异病而同治,进一步完善了疟病的辨治。According to the records of malaria in Huangdi’s Canon of Internal Medicine,ZHANG Zhongjing summarized four syndromes,namely warm malaria,cold malaria,yin malaria,and malaria with splenomegaly,and analyzed their etiology,pathogenesis,and treatment methods in detail,which provided the theoretical basis of the treatment of malaria for later generations.WU Jutong analyzed malaria again in Systematic Differentiation of Warm Diseases,generally inherited ZHANG Zhongjing’s thought,and supplemented the blank of Zhongjing in the treatment of Dan malaria.In addition,ZHANG Zhongjing’s treatment of malaria focused on the liver and gallbladder of Shaoyang while WU Jutong emphasized that malaria pathogens transmitted in the order of the upper,middle,and lower energizer based on syndrome differentiation according to triple energizer.Based on malaria pathogen transmitted to different organs,in addition to warm malaria,Dan malaria and malaria with splenomegaly,WU Jutong added lung malaria,heart malaria,spleen malaria,kidney malaria and other syndromes and their treatment methods,and flexibly used classical formulas to treat different diseases with the same therapeutic method,which further improved the differentiation and treatment of malaria.
