基于国家专利数据库的辅助戒烟中药处方规律分析

摘　　要：目的:挖掘国家专利数据库中辅助戒烟中药处方的用药规律。方法:收集整理国家专利数据库关于辅助戒烟的中药处方,包括内服方和外用方,录入Microsoft Excel及中医传承辅助平台(V2.5),分别统计药物频次,对药物关联组合和药物关联规则进行统计分析(支持度为0.20,置信度≥0.65),并提取新方组合。结果:共收集处方65首,内服方48首,外用方17首,内服方用药频次由高到低依次为薄荷、甘草、鱼腥草、远志、桔梗、地龙、藿香等,常用药物组合有“鱼腥草+远志”“鱼腥草+薄荷”“甘草+薄荷”“薄荷+藿香”“薄荷+桔梗”等;外用方用药频次较高的有丁香、薄荷、肉桂、人参、小茴香等,常用药物组合有“肉桂+丁香”“薄荷+丁香”“人参+甘草”等,并挖掘出内服方和外用方新方各2首。结论:国家专利数据库中辅助戒烟中药处方中,内服方以调理脏腑为主,包括清热解毒、化痰利咽、益气健脾等;外用方多以芳香开窍为法,包括宁心疏肝、温中行气等。Objective:To explore the medication regularity of traditional Chinese medicine formulas assisting smoking cessation in national patent database.Methods:The traditional Chinese medicine formulas assisting smoking cessation in national patent database were collected and sorted out,including formulas for internal and external use,and input into Microsoft Excel and traditional Chinese medicine inheritance supporting system(V2.5),the herb frequency was counted respectively,the herb association combination and herb association rules were statistically analyzed(support degree is 0.20,confidence level ≥ 0.65),and the new formula combinations were extracted.Results:A total of 65 formulas were collected,including 48 formulas for internal use and 17 formulas for external use.The most frequently used herbs in the internal formulas were Bohe(Menthae Haplocalycis Herba),Gancao(Glycyrrhizae Radix et Rhizhoma),Yuxingcao(Houttuyniae Herba),Yuanzhi(Polygalae Radix),Jiegeng(Platycodon Radix),Dilong(Pheretima) and Huoxiang(Pogostemonis Herba),etc..The commonly used herbal combinations were “Yuxingcao+Yuanzhi”“Yuxingcao+Bohe”“Gancao+Bohe”,“Bohe+Huoxiang” and “Bohe+Jiegeng”.Dingxiang(Caryophylli Flos),Bohe,Rougui(Cinnamomi Cortex),Renshen(Ginseng Radix et Rhizoma)and Xiaohuixiang(Foeniculi Fructus),etc.were frequently utilized in external formulas,and the common herbal combinations included “Rougui+Dingxiang”,“Bohe+Dingxiang” and “Renshen+Gancao”,etc.And two new formulas for internal and external use were discovered respectively.Conclusions:In the traditional Chinese medicine formulas assisting smoking cessation in national patent database,internal formulas mainly focus on regulating zangfu viscera,including clearing heat and removing toxin,resolving phlegm and relieving sore throat,replenishing qi and invigorating spleen,etc.,while externally use herbs are mostly aromatic and resuscitation medicine,including calming heart and soothing liver,warming the middle energizer and moving qi,etc.
