论《周易》与《黄帝内经》之“道”的特征及关系

摘　　要：“道”是宇宙的本原,也是中国传统文化思想的根脉,《周易》和《黄帝内经》两部经典皆是以“道”为核心范畴,基于天人合一的思维模式下构建了关于人的生命哲学。《周易》与《黄帝内经》之“道”的特征主要体现在刚正、和顺、藏隐三个方面。通过对易道与医道之特征进行比较和论述,认为《周易》之“道”与《黄帝内经》之“道”相互会通,相得益彰。易道与医道是源与流的关系,易道为医道之源,医道传承和延续了易道并彰显着易道的特征,易道对医道有着深刻的影响。研究中医学需要正本清源,须深刻理解《周易》的哲学思想,从易理中探求事物的三昧和医学的妙谛。“Taoism” is the origin of the universe and also the root of traditional Chinese culture.Both classics of Book of Changes and Huangdi’s Canon of Internal Medicine take “Taoism” as its core category to explicate the human life philosophy under the thinking mode of the unity of human and the natural environment.The characteristics of “Taoism” of Book of Changes and Huangdi’s Canon of Internal Medicine mainly embody at the three aspects of integrity,compliance and invisibility.The paper suggests that the“Taoism” of Book of Changes and Huangdi’s Canon of Internal Medicine are mutual integration and bringing out the best in each other through comparing and analyzing the characteristics of Yi Taoism and medical Taoism.Yi Taoism and medical Taoism is the relationship between source and flow.Yi Taoism is the origin of the medical Taoism while medical Taoism inherits and continues the characteristics of Yi Taoism.Actually,Yi Taoism influences medical Taoism deeply.Therefore,it is necessary to classify the academic origin and study the philosophical thought of Book of Changes,in order to explore the true meaning of things and medicine from Yi-ology.
