摘 要:选用了一种应用于CO_(2)热泵热水器的内管带螺纹的套管式气冷器进行换热性能实验研究,并得到该气冷器的Gnielinski修正关联式。研究结果表明:在环境温度-12℃、CO_(2)气冷器入口压力8.8 MPa条件下,增加CO_(2)质量流率能够有效提升气冷器的换热量和总传热系数;提高进水温度不能同程度上提高出水温度,且不利于气冷器内的换热;增大水流量可以提高气冷器总传热系数,但出水温度降低;该套管式气冷器的热重比高于内管为螺旋式的三通道CO_(2)气冷器,其经济性更优;气冷器总传热系数实测值高于Gnielinski换热关联式计算值。通过对Gnielinski关联式进行修正,修正后的计算值与实测值误差在±20%以内,表明修正后的换热关联式可以为此种套管式气冷器的设计计算提供参考。A casing-type gas cooler with a threaded inner tube used in CO_(2)heat pump water heaters was selected to conduct an experimental study on heat transfer performance,and the Gnielinski modified correlation of the gas cooler was obtained.The research results show that under the conditions of an ambient temperature-12℃and a CO_(2)gas cooler inlet pressure 8.8 MPa,increasing the CO_(2)mass flow rate can effectively increase the heat transfer and total heat transfer coefficient of the gas cooler;increasing the inlet water temperature cannot increase the temperature of the outlet water to the same degree,and is not conducive to the heat transfer in the gas cooler;increasing the water flow can increase the total heat transfer coefficient of the gas cooler,but the outlet water temperature is lower;the heat-to-weight ratio of the double-pipe gas cooler is higher than that of a three-channel CO_(2)gas cooler with a spiral inner tube,which has better economy;the measured value of the total heat transfer coefficient of the gas cooler is higher than the calculated value of the Gnielinski heat transfer correlation.By modifying the Gnielinski correlation,the error between the modified calculated value and the actual measured value is within±20%,indicating that the modified heat transfer correlation can provide a reference for the design and calculation of this type of double-pipe gas cooler.
