摘  要:环己酮生产工艺需要消耗大量不同品位的蒸汽,文中对环己酮生产工艺中的蒸汽系统做了简单介绍,对MVR热泵和化学热泵2种技术在蒸汽系统中的应用进行了对比。结果表明:采用MVR热泵技术副产0.3 MPa(G)蒸汽11 t/h,采用化学热泵技术副产0.3 MPa(G)蒸汽7.5 t/h,MVR热泵的蒸汽副产量提高了46.7%;MVR热泵投资额为1050万元,内部收益率54.4%,投资回收期1.84 a;化学热泵投资额为610万元,内部收益率104.8%,投资回收期0.95 a。化学热泵与MVR热泵比较,在内部收益率,投资回收期上具有明显的优势。Cyclohexanone production process requires a large amount of steam of different grades.The steam system was briefly introduces in the cyclohexanone production process.The application of the MVR heat pump in the steam system was compared with that of the chemical heat pump.The results show that the steam by-product of 0.3 MPa(G)with MVR heat pump technology is 11 t/h,and the steam by-product of 0.3 MPa(G)with chemical heat pump technology is 7.5 t/h.The steam by-product of MVR heat pump increases by 46.7%.The investment of MVR heat pump is 10.5 million yuan,the internal rate of return is 54.4%,and the investment payback period is 1.84 years.The investment of chemical heat pump is 6.1 million yuan,the internal rate of return is 104.8%,and the investment payback period is 0.95 years.Compared with MVR heat pump,chemical heat pump has obvious advantages in internal rate of return and investment payback period.
