摘　　要：槐果碱是一种喹诺里西啶生物碱,具有多种药理作用,主要表现为较强的抗肿瘤活性和抗炎镇痛作用。槐果碱发挥抗炎作用主要与抑制炎症介质(肿瘤坏死因子-α、γ干扰素、白细胞介素-6、白细胞介素-12等)的产生有关,对自身免疫性疾病(狼疮性肾炎、类风湿关节炎等)及急慢性炎症性疾病(乳腺炎、结肠炎、骨关节炎等)均表现出显著的抗炎作用。此外,槐果碱对神经痛(中枢及外周疼痛)及炎性痛也有明显的镇痛作用。目前关于槐果碱药理作用的研究尚处于实验阶段,具体机制仍需要进一步研究,为槐果碱的新药研发及临床应用提供理论依据。Sophocarpine is a type of quinolizdine alkaloid with a variety of pharmacological effects,which are mainly manifested in strong anti-tumor activity and anti-inflammatory and analgesic effects.The anti-inflammatory effect of sophocarpine is mainly related to the inhibition of the production of inflammatory mediators(tumor necrosis factor-α,interferon-γ,interleukin-6,interleukin-12,etc.),and it shows significant anti-inflammatory effect on autoimmune diseases(lupus nephritis,rheumatoid arthritis,etc.)and acute or chronic inflammatory diseases(mastitis,colitis,osteoarthritis,etc.).In addition,sophocarpine has obvious analgesic effect on neuralgia(central and peripheral pain)and inflammatory pain.At present,the research on the pharmacological effects of sophocarpine is still in the experimental stage,and the specific mechanism still needs to be further studied,so as to provide theoretical basis for the new drug development and clinical application of sophocarpine.
