摘 要:作为一种损伤相关分子,高迁移率族蛋白B1(HMGB1)既在炎症反应中扮演重要角色,又与各种肿瘤的发生发展密切相关。HMGB1可与信号通路中的上下游蛋白相互作用促进宫颈癌细胞增殖、迁移以及化疗耐药;HMGB1还可通过与Toll样受体4结合激活Toll样受体4/磷脂酰肌醇-3-激酶/蛋白激酶B等相关信号转导通路而起作用。沉默或抑制信号转导通路中的HMGB1,可降低其对宫颈癌细胞增殖、迁移及耐药的促进作用。因此,在临床治疗中应用HMGB1抑制剂抑制宫颈癌细胞的增殖、迁移和耐药,可以为宫颈癌患者的治疗提供新思路。As an injury-related molecule,high mobility group box 1 protein(HMGB1)not only plays an important role in inflammatory response,but is also closely associated with the development of various tumors.HMGB1 can interact with upstream and downstream proteins in the signal pathway to promote the proliferation,migration and chemoresistance of cervical cancer cells;HMGB1 can also act by binding to Toll like receptor 4 and activating Toll like receptor 4/phosphatidylinositol-3-kinase/protein kinase B and other related signal transduction pathways.Silencing or inhibiting HMGB1 in the signal transduction pathway can reduce its promoting effect on the proliferation,migration and drug resistance of cervical cancer cells.Therefore,the application of HMGB1 inhibitor in clinical to inhibit the proliferation,migration and drug resistance of cervical cancer cells can provide a new idea for the treatment of cervical cancer patients.
