摘 要:代谢性疾病是一类由遗传和环境等多因素引起的慢性疾病,发展缓慢,难以治愈。花色苷在降血糖、降血脂、增加胰岛素分泌、抗心血管疾病、抗癌等方面起到了良好的健康促进作用,被认为可以促进糖尿病、肥胖、癌症等疾病患者的健康。本文就花色苷在代谢性疾病的作用机制做一总结,为花色苷在代谢性疾病中的应用提供理论依据。Metabolic diseases are chronic diseases caused by multiple factors such as genetic and environmental factors,which develop slowly and are difficult to cure.Anthocyanins play a good role in health promotion by lowering blood sugar,lowering blood lipids,increasing insulin secretion,anti-cardiovascular disease,anti-cancer and other aspects,and are believed to promote the health of patients with diabetes,obesity,cancer and other diseases.In this paper,the mechanisms of anthocyanins in metabolic diseases were summarized in order to provide theoretical basis for the application of anthocyanins in metabolic diseases.
