摘　　要：环状RNA(circular RNA,circRNA)是一类特殊的非编码RNA,参与许多细胞过程,与多种疾病的发生发展相关。circRNA在先天免疫、炎症反应中发挥重要作用,已有研究表明circRNA与慢性炎症性疾病关系密切。哮喘是一种慢性气道炎症,其发病机制尚不明确。本文就circRNA与哮喘的关系进行综述。CircRNAs are one class of especial non-coding RNAs which are associated with numerous cellular process and involved in the development of many diseases.Recent studies indicate that circRNAs play important roles in innate immunity and are related to chronic inflammatory disease.Asthma is a chronic airway inflammation and its pathogenesis is unclear.This review summarizes the relationship between circRNAs and asthma.
