摘  要:建设国际消费中心城市和扩大内需打造国内大市场,是上海面向未来的重要发展机遇,有助于服务构建新发展格局、推动经济高质量发展、更好满足人民对美好生活的需要。上海应充分发挥消费市场高度繁荣优势,把握国内国际市场拓展机遇,着力提高消费引领度、创新度和聚集度,加强城市软实力建设,培育发展新业态、新模式,引领信用消费和服务消费建设,全面提升城市能级和核心竞争力。Building an international consumer center city and expanding domestic demand to create a large domestic market is an important development opportunity for Shanghai for the future,which will help serve to build a new development pattern,promote high-quality economic development,and better meet the needs of the people for a better life.Shanghai should give full play to the advantages of a highly prosperous consumer market,grasp the opportunities of domestic and international market expansion,focus on improving the degree of consumption leadership,innovation and aggregation,strengthen the construction of the city’s soft power,cultivate the development of new business models and new modes,lead the construction of credit consumption and service consumption,and comprehensively enhance the city’s energy level and core competitiveness.
