摘 要:针对蔬菜人工移栽存在劳动强度大、作业效率低的问题,设计一种油电混合动力系统的太阳能多垄蔬菜坐水移栽机,将传统的人工投苗采用机械手抓苗,提高作业效率;在输苗盘上设置有推板,以此减少机械手的工作行程,提高抓取效率;建立移栽机的三维模型,并进行机械爪的力学性能仿真分析研究,仿真结果表明,设计的机械爪可实现精准抓取秧苗,设计准确。实验测试结果表明,该移栽机移栽速度较快,效率高,损苗率低,秧苗成活率高,在多垄蔬菜移栽领域具有广泛的应用价值与前景。In view of the problems of high labor intensity and low efficiency in vegetable manual transplanting,a kind of multi-row vegetable water transplanting machine with oil-electric hybrid power system was designed.The traditional manual planting seedling was grasped by manipulator to improve the operation efficiency.A push plate is arranged on the seedling feeding plate to reduce the working stroke of the manipulator and improve the grasping efficiency.The 3Dmodel of the transplanter was established,and the mechanical properties of the mechanical claw were simulated and analyzed.The simulation results show that the designed mechanical claw can grasp seedlings accurately and the design is accurate.The experimental results show that the transplanter has a high transplanting speed,high efficiency,low seedling loss rate and high seedling survival rate,which has a wide application value and prospect in the field of multi-ridge vegetable transplanting.
