摘　　要：为了深入研究致腐微生物对红阳猕猴桃果实病害的致病机理和贮藏保鲜问题,利用形态学及分子生物学鉴定方法,传统的组织分离技术,对购于市面上的红阳猕猴桃果实主要致病真菌进行分离鉴定,分离纯化了3株致病真菌Q1,Q4和Q5得出红阳猕猴桃果实致腐病原真菌主要葡萄座腔菌1种。To in-depth study on to rot microbial to red Yang kiwi fruit disease pathogenic mechanism and storage preservation problem,use Morphology and the Molecular Biology identification of method,traditional organization separation technology,to purchase the market red Yang Kiwi Fruit the main pathogenic fungi separation identification of,get Separation purification 15strain fungi z1-z16,which 3strain for Pathogenic fungi,that red Yang kiwi fruit to rot Disease the original fungi the main sickle bacteria and grape seat cavity bacteria 2kind of.
