摘 要:目的 探讨戴明循环(PDCA)循环管理法在降低住院患者抗菌药物使用率及使用强度中的应用效果。方法 2020.01—2020.03期间我院住院患者抗菌药物使用率及使用强度偏高,采用PDCA 质量管理工具进行干预。运用鱼骨图分析抗菌药物使用率及使用强度不达标的原因,并探讨解决措施,制定对策,实施干预,分析干预后(2020年4月—2020年12月)达标情况。结果 整改后,我院住院患者抗菌药物使用率于2020年4月迅速下降至46.31%,至2020年12月,抗菌药物使用率均控制在60%以下。抗菌药物使用强度从4月份开始逐渐下降,5月份下降至35.30 DDDs,达到预期的目标值,2020年6—12月稳定控制在目标值内。结论本次PDCA循环改进抗菌药物使用率及使用强度效果较为明显,达到了预期活动目的。我们将巩固现有成果,不断改进,以促进抗菌药物合理应用。Objective To explore the effect of PDCA cycle management in reducing the usage rate and usage density of antibiotics in hospitalized patients.Methods From January 2020 to March 2020 the usage rate and usage density of antibiotics in our hospital were relatively high,so PDCA quality management tools were used for intervention.The fishbone diagram was used to analyze the reasons for the existence,and the solutions were discussed,the countermeasures were formulated and the intervention was implemented,and the compliance was analyzed from April 2010 to December 2020 after intervention.Results After the rectification,the usage rate of antibiotics in hospitalized patients dropped rapidly to 46.31% in April,and by December 2020,the antibacterial drug use rate was controlled within 60%.The usage density of antibiotics has gradually decreased since April,and dropped to 35.30 DDDs in May,reaching the expected target value,and stably controlled within the target value from June to December.Conclusions The improvement effect of PDCA cycle is obvious and the expected purpose of the activity has been achieved.We will consolidate the existing results and make continuous improvement to promote the rational application of antibacterial drugs.
