摘  要:针对煤矿生产设备润滑系统受杂质污染严重的问题,结合已有的传统过滤净化方法,设计了一种由磁性过滤器、网式粗过滤器、滤纸精过滤器组成的三级梯度过滤系统。为验证所设计过滤系统的性能,在煤矿带式输送机CST传动系统上进行了现场试验,并基于黏度、水分、酸值、污染度、磨粒等油液分析技术对过滤净化效果进行了评价。试验结果表明:所设计的过滤系统能够维持CST传动系统润滑油液的理化指标稳定,降低油液的污染度等级,有效减轻设备的摩擦磨损。Aiming at the problem that the lubricating system of coal mine production equipment was seriously polluted by impurities,a three-stage gradient filtration system composed of magnetic filter,mesh coarse filter and filter-paper precision filter was designed by combining the existing traditional filtering methods.In order to verify the effect of the designed filtration system,field tests were carried out on CST transmission system of belt conveyor in coal mine,and the filtration effect was evaluated based on oil analysis techniques such as viscosity,moisture,acid value,contamination,wear particles and so on.The test results show that the designed filtration system can maintain the stability of physicochemical indexes of lubricant oil in CST transmission system and reduce the pollution level of the oil and the wear of equipment effectively.
