摘 要:以凿岩控制阀组防卡钎阀为研究对象,针对其防卡触发压力、防卡换向时间的影响因素展开了理论及实验研究。结果表明,防卡触发压力并非固定值,其值随回转负载增长率的增大而增大,但触发压力与不同减压阀设定压力的差值基本保持不变;防卡换向时间随回转负载增长率的增大而反比例减小,但几乎不受减压阀设定压力的影响。Taking the anti-jamming valve of the rock drilling control valve group as the research object,carried out theoretical and experimental research on the influencing factors of its anti-jamming trigger pressure and anti-jamming reversing time.The results show that the anti-jamming trigger pressure is not a fixed value,and its value increases with the increase of the rotation load growth rate,but the difference between the trigger pressure and the set pressure of different pressure reducing valves remains basically unchanged.With the increase of the rotation load growth rate,the anti-jamming reversing time decreases inversely proportionally,but it is hardly affected by the setting pressure of the pressure reducing valve.
