摘 要:人工放顶煤的方法危险系数高、效率低,在放煤过程中作业人员无法判断顶煤的剩余量,大多数依据经验操作,同时人工放煤方式不符合煤矿智能化开采的发展要求。为实现综放工作面顶煤动态监测及控制,将液压支架按照一定的数量分为等间距的若干区间,在每个液压支架位置处,根据煤炭周期释放量的经验值和实际顶煤量的平均厚度值确定该位置需要放煤的次数。依据放煤次数将一个区间分为若干个子区域,当采煤机移动经过一个区间距离,该区间内的顶煤释放采取多轮、区域同时放煤、区域等量放煤的方式。主控系统通过判断顶煤余量和煤炭周期释放量的比值来确定液压支架释放动作的启停,从而实现放煤过程的动态监测及自动控制。The method of manual top coal caving has high risk coefficient and low efficiency.In the process of coal caving,operators cannot judge the remaining amount of top coal,and most of them operate according to experience.At the same time,the method of manual top coal caving does not meet the development requirements of intelligent mining in coal mine.In order to realize dynamic monitoring and control of top coal in fully mechanized caving face,hydraulic supports were divided into several intervals with equal spacing according to a certain number.At each position of hydraulic supports,according to the experience value of coal periodic release and the average thickness value of actual top coal,the number of times of coal caving was determined.According to the number of coal caving times,an interval is divided into several sub-areas.When the shearer moves through an interval distance,the top coal release in this interval adopts the methods of multiple rounds,simultaneous regional coal caving and equal regional coal caving.The main control system determines the start and stop of hydraulic support release action by judging the ratio of top coal allowance and coal periodic release,so as to realize dynamic monitoring and automatic control of coal caving process.
