摘  要:由于薄煤层顶梁主肋长宽比大于10且结构为双面坡口,因此热切割变形较大。从预留反变形量、切割顺序和热变形矫正3个角度入手,通过理论计算、实际跟踪、力学性能检测及金相组织观察等手段,制定了影响薄煤层顶梁主肋坡口热切割变形的控制方法。研究成果可指导薄煤层顶梁的实际生产,解决了液压支架结构件制造的技术难题。Because length-to-width ratio of main reinforcement of roof beam in thin seam is more than10 and structure is double-sided groove,therefore,thermal cutting deformation is large.From three aspects of reserved inverse deformation,cutting sequence and thermal deformation correction,by means of theoretical calculation,practical tracking,mechanical properties detection and metallographic structure observation,control methods for hot cutting deformation of main reinforcement of roof beam of thin seam was formulated.Research results can guide actual production of roof beam of thin seam,which solves the technical problem of hydraulic support structural parts manufacturing.
