摘 要:针对现阶段煤矿企业对大流量泥浆泵的需求,提出2种大流量输出的组合方案,结合三柱塞泥浆泵流量计算公式对单泥浆泵流量特性进行了分析,对2种泥浆泵并联方案输出流量进行了计算,分别从转速、初始相位角对泥浆泵的流量不均匀特性进行了分析。结果表明,采用2台机械参数相同的泥浆泵并联且初始相位角为60°+2nπ/3时泥浆泵输出流量最稳定。In response to the current coal mine enterprises demand for large-flow mud pumps,two large-flow output combination plans were proposed.Combined with the three-plunger mud pump flow calculation formula,the flow characteristics of a single mud pump were analyzed.Two mud pumps in parallel are output the flow rate was calculated,and the non-uniform characteristics of the mud pump flow were analyzed by the speed and the initial phase angle.The results show that the most stable of output flow rate is when two mud pumps with the same mechanical parameters are connected in parallel and the initial phase angle is 60°+2nπ/3.
