摘　　要：液压支架伸缩梁装置和采煤机、刮板输送机是一一对应的,当不同综采工作面使用的采煤机或刮板输送机发生变化时,为保证梁端距不变,需要重新更换液压支架顶梁(含伸缩梁)或铰接前梁(含伸缩梁),或者直接更换液压支架,成本极高。为解决此问题,研究一种伸缩梁装置,通过拆装可以实现伸缩梁的行程范围的控制,配合不同配套设备使用,降低采购成本。The hydraulic support telescopic beam device corresponds to the shearer and scraper conveyor one by one.When the shearer or scraper conveyor used in different fully mechanized mining faces changes,in order to ensure that the beam end distance remains unchanged,it is necessary to replace the top beam of the hydraulic support(including the telescopic beam)or the hinged front beam(including the telescopic beam),or directly replace the hydraulic support,and the cost is very high.To solve this problem,studied a telescopic beam device,which realizes the control of the travel range of the telescopic beam through disassembly and assembly.It can be used to fit with different supporting equipment to reduce the procurement cost.
